Absolutely. Many of our brides need a second appointment to feel truly ready, and that's exactly what this is for. Your stylist will pick up right where you left off, with a focus on the gowns you loved most and the details that matter to you.
Are appointments free?
We do not charge for our award-winning boutique experience. The only exception is our New York City boutique, where Saturday appointments require a $50 USD booking fee.
How long do appointments go for?
Your appointment runs for one hour, giving you time to revisit your favourite styles and accessories comfortably. We ask that you factor in parking and arrive a few minutes early to make the most of your time.
Can I bring the same guests as last time To my ay yes bridal appointment?
Of course — and it can be helpful to bring the people whose opinions matter most to you for this appointment. We can comfortably seat up to 3 guests in our suites. If you'd like to bring more, please call the boutique ahead of time.
What if I want to try a new style I didn't see last time?
Your stylist is here to help. If you've had a change of heart or want to explore something new, let them know — they'll use what they already know about your taste to guide you toward the right options.
What happens once I say 'Yes' to the dress?
Congratulations — this is the moment! Grace Loves Lace offers three options depending on your wedding timeframe: Made to Order Standard, Made to Order Customised, or Ready to Wear. Your stylist will walk you through everything in the appointment and help you place your order with confidence. We always recommend ordering as soon as you find the one to ensure your chosen style and fabric is available.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the option to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 5 days in advance. If you cannot find this email, feel free to contact the boutique via phone or email.
Do I need to book an appointment to come in?
Grace Loves Lace operates by appointment only to ensure we have ample time to prepare for your visit. Purchasing your dream gown is quite different from buying an everyday outfit. Given the unique nature of wedding dresses, they often require assistance to try on, and there is a need for various details during the booking process.
What are my options if I don't live near a boutique?
If you're not located near one of our boutiques, you can book a virtual appointment to connect with a stylist from wherever you are, or explore our gowns through one of our stockists.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and what should I bring?
The hard work is already done — you know what you love. Before your appointment, take a moment to reflect on the gowns that stood out to you and why. When booking, let us know your wedding date and dress size so we can prepare. Bring any undergarments, heels, or accessories you plan to wear on the day — things like stick-on bras, boob tape, shapewear or heels can make a real difference in helping you see the full picture when you find the one.
When is the best time to book an appoinTment?
The earlier, the better. Grace Loves Lace offers various gown types to accommodate different wedding needs. While some of our gowns are available for immediate purchase and delivery, others may take between 10 weeks to 6 months.
We recommend scheduling your appointment as early as possible so you can explore all your options – from the Ready to Wear collection to Made to Order Standard or Customized. Having your appointment sooner also allows for additional alterations if needed.
What sizes are available to try on?
Although Grace Loves Lace wedding dress styles are available for purchase in sizes XXS to 5XL, please note that we have limited sizes and samples for trying on in our boutiques.
We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and ethical manufacturing. Given the extensive range of styles in store, most are available in sizes between an XS- 3XL. When booking your bridal appointment, providing information about your size allows us to prepare for your visit and, if necessary, arrange to ship the sample if it's not originally available.
If we don't have the exact style and size you're looking for, our stylists will do their best to find something similar in the store that aligns with your vision and inspiration.
What undergarments should I wear to try on wedding dresses?
We recommend opting for a neutral colour with as few embellishments or corsetry as possible. Wear comfortable undergarments that are easy to put on and take off to ensure you have a clear idea of how the dress looks on you. If you want the dress to fit the same way as it did in the boutique, avoid wearing lingerie that may interfere with the gown's fit and look.
For the bra, choose one that you would feel comfortable wearing on your special day. We always recommend a strapless and seamless style.
When selecting underwear, opt for seamless fabrics that do not show through and complement the dress.

Can I take my gown home on the day of my appointment?
Our showroom samples are to try on only and are not for sale. On the day you may purchase your Made to Order or Ready to Wear gown and this will be dispatched from Australia directly to your delivery address.
