- Made to Order Standard gowns are shipped 5.5 months after your purchase.
- Made to Order Customized gowns will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.
- Priority Made to Order Customized gowns will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date.
- Ready to Wear gowns will be dispatched approximately 3-5 working days after order is placed.
- Occasionwear, shoes, accessories & jewelry will be dispatched approximately 3-5 working days after order is placed, unless ordered at the same time as a Made to Order gown.
- All international orders are sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Once collected by couriers, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive to USA, NZ and Canda. Everywhere else, depending on location, will take 3-14 business days to arrive. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.
