I loved how easy it was to move around in my GLL gown! I tried on a lot of dresses before I went to Grace Loves Lace and didn’t feel comfortable even walking around in them, let alone dancing. GLL gown’s almost feel like you’re naked. The lace is so comfortable, and they accentuate where they are supposed to!
I loved feeling free and flowy. I didn’t want to feel constricted or heavy in a wedding gown and my dress made me feel so comfortable. The delicate detail in the lace of the gown was beautiful and I love that it was made to fit my body and I didn’t have to stress about gaining or losing weight before my wedding and needing last minute alterations.
GLL was the one and only place I visited when wedding dress shopping. I’ve always admired the ethereal beauty of the gowns and just knew I would find ‘The One’ with ease at GLL!
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch Timeframes
- Made to Order Standard gowns are shipped 5.5 months after your purchase.
- Made to Order Customized gowns will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date​.​
- Priority Made to Order Customized gowns will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date​.
- Ready to Wear gowns will be dispatched approximately 3-5 working days after order is placed​.
- Occasionwear, shoes, accessories & jewelry will be dispatched approximately 3-5 working days after order is placed, unless ordered at the same time as a Made to Order gown.​
- All international orders are sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Once collected by couriers, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive to USA, NZ and Canda. Everywhere else, depending on location, will take 3-14 business days to arrive. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.​
- We offer global complimentary shipping on all orders.​​
- Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country.

Ordering Timeframes
Made to Order Standard
- Your wedding date must be more than 5.5 months away to order a Made to Order Standard gown.
- Take measurements before ordering to determine your dress size. Your Made to Order Standard gown will go immediately into production after purchase.
- Your gown is shipped 5.5 months after your purchase.
Made to Order Customized
- Your wedding date must be more than 6 months away to order a Made to Order Customized gown.
- You will need to supply your measurements 6 months before your wedding date as this is when your goes into production.
- Your gown will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.​
Priority Made to Order Customized
- If your wedding is between 10 weeks and 6 months away, certain styles can be fast-tracked through production for an additional priority fee.
- Your measurements must be provided at the time of purchase to ensure we meet the delivery deadline​.
- Your gown will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date.​
Ready to Wear
- If your wedding date is less than 10 weeks away you must purchase a Ready to Wear gown.
- Ready to Wear gowns are in stock and ready for immediate delivery, unless otherwise stated.
- A Ready to Wear gown will be dispatched approximately 3-5 days working after order is placed.​
Occasionwear & Accessories
- All other items outside of wedding gowns are shipped approximately 3-5 working days after order is placed.
- To stay true to our commitment to sustainability, we don’t sit on large volumes of stock to ensure unnecessary wastage. Stock levels vary and may have a waitlist available if style is currently not in stock.​

Returns & Exchanges
Bridal Gowns
- A refund is available within 7 days of ordering your Made to Order Standard wedding gown. As your gown is made especially for you to your standard dress size, we are unable to offer returns of exchanges.
- As your gown is made especially for you to your gown size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
- Should you wish to change your gown or wedding date, you are able to do so prior to your lock-in date; you will need to pay any difference in price, or should the selected gown be a lower price the balance will be provided in the form of a credit note. You may be subject to additional Priority Fees.
- Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to any refund.
- An exchange or credit note is available within 7 days of you receiving your Ready to Wear gown.
- An exchange or credit note is available within 7 days of you receiving your Pre Order Ready to Wear gown.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on online sale items.
- Including Veils, Shoes, Jewelry (excluding earrings). Exchanges, store credits or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item, excluding earrings. ​
- Including Bridesmaids dresses and Grace Mini collections. Exchanges, store credits or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
