Which Grace dress did you wear and how did you know it was 'The One'?
I fell in love with the Honey Silk gown two years before I was even engaged. I saw the dress online and dreamt of wearing it ever since. Grace Loves Lace was the first dress appointment I made, the Honey Silk gown was the first dress I tried on and I instantly knew it was the one.
Tell us about your experience when you found your dress.
Did you buy your wedding dress online or visit one of our Showrooms?
I've never had that "it was meant to be" experience in my life before the day I came to the Seattle showroom. I came knowing the exact dress I wanted to try on. Knowing that I was planning my wedding in less than 4 months, I expected to not have many ready-to- wear options. The Honey Silk dress fit me like an absolute glove. My measurements were crazy identical to the size they had in stock and ready-to-wear. I honestly didn't believe them when they told me I would have my dress within 10 business days - no alterations needed! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
What was your first date?
Our first date was in Hawaii! We were both on vacation with our family and decided to meet up for a beach day.

Did you DIY anything?
My mother wore a pearl head piece in her wedding 30 years ago. I thought it would be special to incorporate something from my parents wedding day into mine. I decided to make my own hair clip with her pearls that ended up holding my veil in place.
Where did you get married?
Tell us about the location & the style of your wedding.
We got married at a beautiful estate in Malibu, California. We had a very small intimate wedding with our immediate family members only. We went for a very elegant, classy style!
The funniest moment on the day was…
It was 105 degrees the day of our wedding with no breeze! Luckily for me, my dress was so light and airy that I was able to remain comfortable but all of our guests were dressed in black!
Any last advice or words of wisdom that you can share?
Take in every moment ~ the day is about the two of you celebrating your endless love for one another.
